Fremont Health Foundation Mission & History

A non-profit organization founded in 1976, the Fremont Health Foundation is an important source of funding for Methodist Fremont Health and provides dollars that are vital for the enhancement and expansion of Methodist Fremont Health.

Methodist Fremont Health provides services through its own operation and finances and does not require county or taxpayer funding. This financial independence is important, ensuring efficient operation with an emphasis on quality healthcare. For this reason, the Foundation’s work on behalf of Methodist Fremont Health is especially important.

Financial support provided by your contributions makes certain Methodist Fremont Health remains one of the most technologically-advanced healthcare providers in the region -- offering big-city service, right here in Fremont. 

Though money directed to the unrestricted fund can benefit the most people being served at Methodist Fremont Health, there are a number of gift programs available through the Foundation. Honor gifts, Memorials, Planned gifts, Endowments and Scholarships, just to name a few.
