Golf Classic Volunteer Sign-Up

The Fremont Health Foundation Golf Classic is Monday, September 21st at the Fremont Golf Club. Proceeds from this year’s golf tournament will benefit the Fremont Health Foundation Scholarship Program.

Volunteers are needed all day from 8:30am-5:30pm in various areas. Box lunches (sandwich & chips) will be available for the shifts that cover a lunch time. There will be a snack bag provided for all shifts and each volunteer will also receive two drink tickets that can be used for water, tea, soda or a sports drink.

Dress is golf appropriate attire – khaki or black pants, capris or skirts. Please no jeans! Please wear any Methodist apparel you may have.

Additional instructions will be emailed to you the week prior to the event.

Set-Up Golf Course 8:30am-10:00am - Put sponsor signs on golf holes (requires use of a golf cart)
Mulligans, Raffles and Betting Holes Sales 10:30am-12:00pm - Sell mulligans, raffles and chances for betting holes to players
Betting Hole 11:30am-1:00pm - Ask players to participate at betting hole
Betting Hole 1:00pm - 2:30pm - Ask players to participate at betting hole
Betting Hole 2:30pm-4:00pm - Ask players to participate at betting hole
Betting Hole 4:00pm-5:30pm - Ask players to participate at betting hole
Take Pictures 2:30pm-4:00pm - Take pictures of each team on Hole #10
Take Pictures 4:00pm-5:30pm - Take pictures of each team on Hole #10
