Golf Classic Volunteer Sign-Up

The 23rd Annual Fremont Health Foundation Golf Classic is Monday, September 16th at the Fremont Golf Club. Proceeds from this year’s golf tournament will benefit Patient Safety Technology, including Virtual Care and Patient Observer at Methodist Fremont Health.

Volunteers are needed all day from 8:30am-5:30pm in various areas. Box lunches (sandwich & chips) will be available for the shifts that cover a lunch time. There will be a snack bag provided for all shifts and each volunteer will also receive a drink ticket good for water, tea, Gatorade or soda.

Dress is golf appropriate attire – khaki or black pants or capris. Please no jeans! Please wear any Methodist Fremont Health apparel you may have.

Additional instructions will be emailed to you the week prior to the event.
