A mother's milk has all the nutrition a baby needs to stay healthy and thrive. You and your baby can enjoy all the benefits of breastfeeding, including a very close and special mother-baby bond. Regardless of whether a baby is fed by breast or bottle, we support your choice and offer various programs to help you get off to a healthy start.

Our certified lactation consultants offer one-on-one care and support for successful breastfeeding.  The International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners (IBLCE) and International Lactation Consultant Association (ILCA) have recognized Methodist Fremont Health for excellence in lactation care.

The Fremont Health Foundation provides funding to offer education and help create a supportive environment for new mothers in order to increase breastfeeding rates and improve the health of our community.
